Dear Majeed Baloch,

I am well aware of Kachkol’s weaknesses, and I will think more about the possibility of his dirty role in the martyrdom of Waajah Ghulam Muhammad, Lala Munir and Sher Mohd Baloch. The reason I have been mentioning Kachkol is this: I want some one from the Baloch downtrodden communities also be at the forefront of the Baloch Resistance leadership so that we are not blamed as bigots and racists. In any case, I will try to be less generous about Kachkol in my future utterances. Thanks for your reminder.

No, Hairbiar did not slap me on the face though he is likely to have done that had he a chance … and I would definitely have responded the way you have suggested in addition to spitting on his face. Of course this rotten Marri, his boss Akhtar and their munshi Jan Dashti wanted to do more than just slapping on my face. Thanks to my American citizenship and the American passport which I had, they could do to me what they wanted. The details of what they did and tried to do will remain for some other time. The story in brief is as follows:

It was late March or early April, 1998. I was the Balochistan Chief Minister Akhtar Mengal’s Adviser for Education & Culture. Hairbiar was one of his Cabinet Ministers. One day, the Principal of a Quetta private school-college system (St. Francis Grammar School, Quetta) along with one or two of his colleagues came to see me in my office … in my above-mentioned capacity. They told me that Hairbiar was putting pressure on them to give a high position teaching post to an utterly unqualified lady … and through his secretary, he (Hairbiar) had threatened that if the lady was not appointed as asked, by such and such date, the school-college officials “would disappear for ever in such a way that nobody would ever know their whereabouts”. The Principal, a foreigner, Sri Lankan, I think, was scared and asked me what to do! Knowing that this was the only private school in Balochistan that was corruption-free and had maintained a high professional standard, I told the Principal to stand his ground, i.e. refuse the lady the appointment she and her husband desired; I assured him of my support when needed. Stupidly, I told the principal that Hairbiar would never indulge in such acts … and that the lady’s husband and the secretary were using Hairbiar’s name without his knowledge and permission. I sincerely thought that ‘my hero’ Khairbuksh’s son would never do such an unprincipled thing though I knew of the corruption of his two brothers, Changez and Gazzen, when they were Ministers in earlier Cabinets.

I heard nothing from or about the St. Francis Grammar School officials until about 7 p.m. of April 30, 1998 when, as usual, I had gone to Jan Mohd Dashti’s official residence. Mr. Dashti was the Principal Secretary of the Chief Minister, Sardar Akhtar Mengal. His home, official residence, was an informal leisurely evening meeting place for all of us, the BNP big shots, Ministers and officials. When I reached Mr. Dashti’s residence, the news of St. Francis School officials’ abduction which had taken place about half an hour earlier by some ‘unknown people’ was being discussed. I listened quietly. No body knew or pretended not to know who was/were involved in the abduction. Following Mr. Dashti’s lead, however, all agreed that the abduction must have been carried out by the Pakhtunkhawa Milli Awami Party in order to destabilize Akhtar Mengal’s government. It was too much for me, remembering what the School officials had told me about a month ago. I thought it was my moral duty to speak out, particularly remembering that I had assured them nothing would happen to them. Now their lives were in danger and innocent people, the Pakhtuns, were getting the blame. I broke my silence and almost shouted to get the attention and said something as follows:

‘Stop the nonsense. I know who has abducted the St. Francis School officials. It is our Minister Hairbiar Marri !. The school officials are being tortured right now in Hairbiar’s office, if not already dead and their bodies dumped in some unknown place.’ (As a matter of fact, I said this based only on my intuition. Thanks to God I was exactly right.)

All laughed, some saying: ‘Dr. Saaheb. we know you are a jazbaatee poet and that the poets dream a lot. Are you dreaming again? Some said: ‘How could you dare alleging such a thing to Nawabzadah Hairbiar Marri? I was adamant, and shouted again, asking the CM’s Principal Secretary, Mr. Dashti by name to please immediately find the Chief Minister on telephone; “I want to talk directly to him right now — before it is too late.” Now, there was complete silence. Jan Dashti approached me in his usual hypocritically friendly way, took my hand and said: “Malek Saheb, Let us go out for some ice cream; we will talk there.”

I knew it was simply a delaying tactic. Again loudly, I responded: “Dashti Saaheb, I am not going to any ice cream place. If you do not call the Chief Minister, the place I will go RIGHT NOW is the Quetta Press Club where I will tell the journalist that Hairbiar is the culprit and that you are conspiring to wrongly blame the Pakhtunkhawa Party.” I stood up, intending firmly to ask my driver to take me to the press club.

Well, seeing my determination, Dashti had no other choice. Grumbling, he asked me to wait … and moved to a private room to call his boss. After about 15 minutes, Dashti came back to the BNP crowd of Ministers, high officials and maha cronies, remarking tauntingly: “Malek Saaheb, Your friends will be free within an hour as you had demanded!”. They were indeed freed by Hairbiar. From Hairbiar’s office, in the darkness of night, the tortured captives were taken quietly in a dark place near the school premises and released — with the instruction not to tell anybody who had abducted them and what had happened to them..

The next day morning after meeting with the St. Francis School officials and knowing what had exactly happened, I sent an official note to my boss, the Chief Minister, Akhtar Mengal, obviously through the Principal Secretary, Mr. Jan Mohd Dashti, suggesting strongly that Mr. Hairbiar Marri should be asked to resign or be dismissed. After 24 hours, the response came: In bureaucratic language, I was “de-notified”; I was no longer Adviser to the Chief Minister, Balochistan, for Education and Culture. In simple language, instead of Nawabzadah Hairbiar Murree, I was dismissed and asked to leave the official residence within 24 hours. .

In a formal letter dated May 1, 1998 sent to their higher office in Hyderabad, the St. Francis School authorities reported as follows:

“On April 30, 1998 the folloing incident took place at St. Francis’ Grammar School, Quetta.

Around 6:30 p.m. Mr. Clarence Kahandawela (Principal), Mr. Augustin Gian (Internal Auditor CBEQ) and Mr. Yunus Barkat (Supervisor Matric Section) were abducted from the school premises at gun point by about five persons. They were released around 8.00 p.m. near the school premises.

The above-mentioned abduction was organized by Honourable Hirbiyar Murree, Minister C&W, who was demanding that one of the teachers of Grammar School, Mrs. Sadiqa Maaz, be reinstated. This teacher had been transferred from Grammar School to St. Michael’s School by Bishop Joseph Coutts, Chairman C.B.E., and the transfer order was later revoked due to requests made by friends of the institution. When her transfer order was revoked she was asked by the Principal to teach in the Primary Section, but she however insisted that she be put back to higher section. On several occasions her husband threatened the school administration of dire consequences if she was not appointed to teach in the higher section. On April 18, 1998 Honourable Hirbiar Murree had called the Supervisor of the Matric Section to his office and had demanded under threat that Mrs. Sadiqa Maaz be appointed in the Higher Section.

No sooner the above mentioned abduction took place, police officials and other government officials were informed. The news reporters too got the wind of it and were at the school within an hour. Meantime the abducted persons were taken to the Secretariate where they were subjected to intimidation and threat to achieve Honorable Hirbiyar Murree’s demand, that Mrs. Sadiqa Maaz be appointed to teach in the Higher Section. The abductees could hear Mrs. Sadiqa’s family in the next room laughing with the Honourable Minister, while the Principal and the Supervisor were being slapped and punched by the Minister’s guards. First, the Minister was angry and threatened the Principal and the Supervisor but after getting a telephone call he softened a bit and tried to be friendly. Later on it was known that some government officials, and even the Chief Minister had intervened, and had given the telephone call.

Dear Borhaan Arifee,

I thank you for exposing this NOBODY of Canada. The infamous Taj Gichki, we already know. Any body sitting abroad who claims that the Baloch Nation WANTS or DOES NOT WANT independence is the worst enemy of the Baloch Nation. It is up to the Balochs living and suffering inside the country — and up to their known representative organized parties — or up to their authentic leaders such as Dr. Allah Nazar, Brahumdagh Bugti and Kachkol Ali Advocate to say anything on such serious issues. Individually, we may have whatever opinion we want. However, we do not have the right to become the sole representative of the nation.

Sitting abroad, what we can do is to expose the enemy’s violations of the Baloch human rights.

Let me say something about FREEDOM per se. I believe individuals and nations living with individuals of other ethnic groups or with other nations IN A SINGLE COUNTRY can feel FREE if their basic human rights mentioned in
the UN Charter , e.g. their right to preserve their languages and cultures are guaranteed and if they are assured that eventually they will not be changed into helpless minorities. Switzerland, Canada and the USA are some examples.

The fact is that the Khans, Haakums, Sardars and the Mullas with the help of their cronies — and also — with the help of some super power — will rule if, god forbid, Western Balochistan becomes free today. I prefer to live with the Gajars to being a third class citizen of a ‘free’ state ruled by the Haakumzaadah Nasser Bolaidai, Maulavi XYZ and their cronies such as Gholam Reza Hosseinborr and Raheem Bandui. Similarly, our dear Dr. Allah Nazar will be the first to be hanged by ‘our own’ sardars and their charlatans from the so-called middle class if Eastern Balochistan becomes free today. I have to say, although, that the situation created by the Pakistanis is unbearable — and I do not expect Pakistanis to ever come to their senses.

I have been a life-long fan of Nawab Khair Bakhsh Mari & Sardar Ataullah Mengal, disappointing and hurting the feelings of my own fellow middle-cum-downtrodden class friends. Now, however, I have come to the conclusion that both gentlemen have been a curse for the Baloch National Movement. Khairbakhsh and Ataullah are also responsible for misleading and dividing our most precious asset, the BSO. Misusing the BSO, Nawab Mari and Sardar Ataullah Mengal suffering from inferiority complex conspired against Akbar Bugti and forced him out of the Movement and then destroyed the ideal leadership of Meer Ghaus Baksh Bizanjo. By the 1990s, the Mari-Mengal lies about Akbar Bugti and their corruptions, greed and family favoritism had become exposed.

Consequently, Akbar Bugti emerged as most-liked leader of the Baloch nation. Again out of jealousy, the Mari Nawab & the Mengal Sardar gang sabotaged Akbar Bugti’s leadership; they refused Akbar Bugti’s call to form a Single Baloch Nationalist Party. They watched with glee while the Paki GHQ-ISI-FC Complex destroyed Akbar Bugti.

(The rest some other time. Malek Towghi/Tauqee)

Majeed Baluch < Majeed.Baluch >

Dear Malik Towghi,

Thank you for exposing Zafar Whisky "MR. NOBODY" of Canada.

About Kachkol Ali Advocate, are you talking about the same Kachkol who belong to a Naqeeb family, who was a corrupt minister of fisheries and who married 3-4 women, one of them a lady doctor from Quetta, whom he tried to sodomize, but she escaped and ran away in fear, terrified and took refuge in DC office in Turbat and then left him for good and went back to live with her parents in Quetta and finally got a divorce.

Same Kachkol, who many people believe was complicit with the killings of three Baloch leaders, Ghulam Mohammad Baloch, Lala Munir and Sher Mohd Baloch, who were kidnapped from his office on a broad day light by ISI agents in Turbat sparing him???

If you talking about that the same Kachkol, then you need to re-visit your comments because he is known as one of the worse corrupt person ever known in Balochistan’s history.

Also, we heard that during Akhtar Mengal’s cheap ministership, Hiyar Biyar Marri slapped you on the face for opposing him to kidnap a teacher when he was minister of education. Why did he slap you? You should had slapped him back. Who he think he is? A son of a Nawab? We all know that he was wrong and he should had never done that. He needs to apologize to you for his misconduct and abuse of power. All these Nawbs and Sardars think that they are above the law. They can go to hell with their Nawabi and Sadarai mentality.

Baloch Sardars! Quit politics.

This elections is a message to all double faced hypocrite sardars to quit politics and leave the field to baloch people. We middle class, poor baloch can take care of our destiny. Freedom is our ultimate goal and we know how to achieve.

Like Akbar Bugti, Saleem Shehzad… another voice of dissent has been silenced by Pakistani state agencies, this time in Pakistan occupied Kashmir, separatist and chairman of all party national alliance Arif Shahid was shot dead in Rawalpindi. He was allegedly killed by state agencies. Shahid was most vocal critic of state atrocities and a political activist who always wanted Kashmir to be freed from clutches of Pakistan.

Balochistan Resolution for Independence?? — BHRC Thungs are back with with a new face.

May 12, 2013

TORONTO, Canada. A highly controversial and suspicious meeting was held to shed crocodile tears for the legendary Baloch poet Mir Gul Khan Naseer (a strong opponents of Sardars), to promote a Sardar, Sardar Akhtar Mengal and his BNP, who lost the recent elections in Balochistan. The opportunity and Mir Gul Khan Naseer’s highly respected name was used to score some political points and to vivify and repair the perfidious image of BNP by its pocket organization, the BHRC and it’s paid agents, to give BNP a face-lift after losing elections disgracefully in Balochistan.

mir-gul-khan-naseer-tribute-bhrc-canada.jpg

Among those attended the so called meeting includes the members of Canadian Communist Party, BNP Secretary General Mr. Razzaq Baloch of Virginia, Akram Baloch, a BNP member and Lori Deamer, an ex-member of AFB, both of them from Pennsylvania.

cpca2.jpg

The meeting was Presided by BHRC’s so called President Mr. Zafar Baloch of Toronto, aka Zafar Whisky, a heavy drinker and an ex-member of the Pakistan’s Communist Party.

Zafar+Whisky.jpg

Zafar Baloch, was widely criticized by many people in the Baloch community for his role in honor killing of a young Baloch women Shaher Bano Shahdady, a 21-year-old, who was brutally murdered by her conservative husband at her 3131 Eglington Avenue East apartment in Scarborough, Canada.

Mr. Zafar not only helped to hide the heinous crime but also later on defended the act of honor killing attributing it to a personal family matter and part of the Balochi tradition despite the fact that Baloch tradition do not support such crimes.

It is funny that they used the wrong flag as the Balochistan’s flag, which contains a star not a sun and the text of so called resolution was stolen from the Dana Rohrabacher’s bill on Balochistan with few modfications. They thought that by stealing Dana Rohrabacher’s bill they will score some political points and get some cheap publicity but they didn’t realize that they will get caught for their blunder and theft.

"This is what happen, when you drink too much whisky, you forget everything including yourself and you start passing gasses (resolutions) in public places, thinking you are in your bed room, without realizing that you are actually in a public gathering and are being recorded", said Aslam, a Baloch activist from UK.

"Why are they using Gul Khan Naseer’s name?" asked Aslam Baloch, a activist from UK.

"Gul Khan was a poor middle class Baloch leader and a legendary Baloch historian and poet. He was a staunch opponent of Nawabs and Sardars. He attributed all Baloch sufferings to Sardars evil design and their Sardari system. He said in one of his most popular and famous poem that Sardars have blackened their faces by conspiring against Baloch nation and that he will, if he could, put all of them on the Gallows, one by one, for conspiring against the Baloch nation.

"O my Creator! Give me courage to awaken
The Baloch from their deep slumber.
The Sardars have darkened the faces of the Baloch people.
Let me put them one by one on the gallows"

— Mir Gul Khan Naseer

Many Baloch also questioned the attendance of Canadian Communist Party members to the BHRC meeting.

"Why Communists were invited to the meeting"? asked by Salam Sabir a Baloch activist?

"Balochs are not communists nor they have anything to do with the communism or Socialism, but It seems like Mr. Zafar wants to maintain his communist roots or he might be actively involved with Canadian Communist Party secretly without disclosing it publicly", he questioned.

"BNP leadership Sardar Akhtar Mengal and Mr. Taj Gichki of UAE, who are paying for their whisky and drinks and are sponsoring BHRC’s activities in the UK and Canada must explain their connections with the Communist Party of Canada too", he said.

BHRC was created by BNP conspirators with the help of Taj Gichki, a UAE drug smuggler, to contain, counter and weakened the Baloch national movement for freedom in the UK and Canada.

BHRC+London+Tola+with+AKM.jpg

Taj Gichki is a close relative of Sardar Akhtar Mengal, who is the uncle of Noording Mengal and brother of Javed Mengal, the head of the Baloch militant group Lashker-e-Balochistan. Both Noording and Javed Mengal have given statements that they do not associate with Sardar Akhtar Mengal because of his decision to take part in Pakistan’s election, but both were caught saying good bye to him at Dubai airport before his departure to Pakistan for the elections.

1.jpg

After making the deal with Punjabi establishment, Sardar Akhtar Mengal along with his close "Chokra" (aide) Sana Baloch, ended his self-proclaimed exile, thinking he will be made the next cheap minister of Balochistan, but he did’nt know that a humiliating and degrading defeat was waiting for him and his "Chokra" on their arrival.

Despite boasting to be the largest party in Balochistan by it’s drudged members, BNP, lost the elections and only secured two seat in Balochistan assembly in the entire Balochistan. On the other hand, National Party (NP), a party of the ordinary middle class Balochs, secured 12 seat in Balochistan and two seats in NA and came up on the top.

Akhtar Mengal’s close "Chokra" (aide) Sana Baloch was defeated with a disgusting and shameful defeat from his own home town Kharan district by an independent candidate Mr. Karim Nowsherwani.
Sana+Zalil.jpg

"This shows how Baloch are angry with BNP and Sardars for their conspiracies and treacherous secret deals with Punjabi establishment and ISI against the Baloch nation", said Sarjov Khan, a Baloch activist in UK.

"This is what happens when you conspire against your own people, you will get nothing in return but a shameful defeat (Zillat aamez Sheksit)and humiliation (Roswaaee)", he said.

After the humiliating defeat, BNP have started protesting in front of Quetta press club and instructed it’s Dumchellas (pocket organization), the BHRC and it’s paid "Chokras" to call the shots of Azadee (freedom) so that they can blackmail Pakistan to give BNP more seats in Balochistan and National Assembly and at the same time to use their fake slogans to fool the Baloch people and hijack the Baloch struggle.

"But, Balochs are not going to fooled by their fancy fake slogans any more nor they will be let to hijack the Baloch struggle by their "Chokras" for their opportunistic personal vendetta" said a Baloch activist.

"We will expose them and their evil faces to the world and to Baloch nation".

American Friends of Balochistan says BHRC’s resolution as “extremist and adventurist resolution”

As founder of the American Friends of Balochistan, I urge those who have passed this so-called "independence resolution" in Toronto to show sobriety and to stop their efforts to sabotage the democratic process in Balochistan and Pakistan.

At a time when the Baoch masses are desperately in need of a breathing space after their tragic sufferings since the army assault on Dera Bugti in the winter of 2005, this hardline position by a handful of people in Toronto runs counter to the interests of the downtrodden and rag-wearing, or in Balochi the laggat maal and dirta puchch, people of Balochistan.

Such irresponsible resolutions, without support of the main Baloch political parties like the National Party, Balochistan National Party, two factions of the Jamhoori Watan Party, Pakistan Muslim League (Sharif) and Pakistan People’s Party, who have grabbed te majority of seats in the recent elections will only add to the woes of the people of Balochistan by inciting more violence and terrorism on the part of the gullible youth and isolate them even further in the body politic of Pakistan.

Such extremist and adventurist resolutions may help line pocket of a handful of individuals in Europe and the Americas with dollars at the expense of the blood and tears of tens of millions of Baloch youth, their hapless sisters and sad mothers in Pakistan.

Any communication about Balochistan must be addressed to moderate groups such as the American Friends of Balochistan and other groups who believe in democracy, secularism, reverence for human life and reject terrorism. These groups have trust in the democratic and secular leaders of Balochistan such as Baloch Nelson Mandela Sardar Akhtar Mengal and salutes his bravery and courage for throwing the gauntlet at the powers-that-be.

Balochistan is at a critical juncture today as for the first time in its blood checkered history a commoner "Pride of Mekran" Dr. Malik Baloch is most likely to be elected as the chief minister. It is a matter of serious concern that two terrorist attempts have already been made on the life of Dr. Baloch to groups linked to the BHRC in Canada and I am bringing this mtter to the attention of the State Department, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch and the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan, among other international groups and foreign missions dedicated to protecting human rights and the rule of law.

I call upon all sensible Baloch in Canada to openly disassociate themselves from the folly of this dangerous resolution as the lives and well-being of their families might be adversely affected both in Canada and in Pakistan.

Unlike its more sensible and mature counterpart in London, I regret to note the BHRC in Canada takes extreme positions and has supported the killing of unarmed civilians by their silence.

I also call upon the Indian government to show responsibility and to stop funding such extremist elements as was promised by Premier Manmohan Singh in Sharam al-Shaikh in summer 2009.

I am alerting my contacts and friends in the US State Department and the Canadian embassy in Washington DC about extremist conspiracies against the democratic and secular forces in Balochistan.

Once again I like to repose my full trust in the democratic process in Pakistan, no matter how weak it may be, and welcome Dr. Malik Baloch as the first commoner to become the next chief minister of Balochistan.

The AFB will work closely with human rights organizations and all other democratic and secular parties of Pakistan to help promote and protect the rights of the people of Balochistan.
