Story behind threats to ICRC & Dark faces behind

BLUF is the same organization that kidnapped the American head of the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR), John Soleck. This shadowy group BLUF is in news again for threatening ICRC officials over phone to close their offices and stop their work. What is the beef with ICRC, an independent group?

REAL STORY BEHIND THE THREATS

1.  Baloch “leaders” in Europe collected funds for IDP’s from international organisations since 2005 . The amount is said to be in millions of dollars, very soon that figure will be confirmed with officials. These funds are meant for IDP’s of Bugtis and Marris.

2.  These Baloch individuals posing as real leaders of Baloch people siphoned off the aid money intended for poor Baloch Internally displaced people allocated for them. Not many in Balochistan know about this that their leaders in EU are marketing their misery and making hay.

3. When the international organisation asked for accountability for the money that was given,  fake organisation BLUF , controlled by the corrupt individuals  started issuing threats to ICRC to stop their work. It s very interesting to note that BRA and others condemned this.

Khair Baux Marri and Sons Co are close to BLUF. As you all know BLUF listens only to Khair Baux Marri and Sons Co, probably Gulam Mohammad knows more about the real faces behind BLUF, that could be the reasons for his elimination.

Is  this a splinter group of BLA controlled by Khair Baux Marri and Sons Co to do the dirty jobs like kidnapping, killing, extortion, intimidation of rivals and groups which dont toe their line?

  • Who are the individuals collecting money for IDP’s?
  • How much they collected and since when?
  • How much they spent on people?

According to Shah Haq Baloch, a spokesman of the shadowy Baloch nationalist group who spoke to Online News Agency on a satellite phone, the threat to ICRC Quetta office had been issued by his organization due to its “partial role” in Balochistan.

“The role of these foreign organization on the issue of the state brutality is partial. The ICRC and other foreign groups have not done anything satisfactory for tens of thousands of displaced Baloch. We warn ICRC and all UN agencies to immediately halt all their activities and leave Balochistan because these organizations kept quite (on the plight of the Baloch people) even after the safe release of John Solecki. This attitude will no longer be tolerated,”

Shah Haq Baloch!  Your master is corrupt, he is the one who is partial.

BALOCH PEOPLE WANT TO KNOW ANSWERS TO ABOVE QUESTIONS.

Khair Baux Marri (aka “baba-e-azadi”) could you ask BLUF to stop this nonsense and get answers to above questions ?

Traitors are those who market misery of poor innocent illiterate people to fill their stomach. SHAME ON THOSE PEOPLE  and  we request all Baloch people to protest against such individuals and give no space in our system.

Pakistan: ICRC humanitarian operations continue in Quetta

Islamabad (ICRC) – The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) sub-delegation will continue its humanitarian operations in Quetta. As everywhere else in the world, the ICRC regularly adapts its security measures according to the evolution of the situation on the ground. In some cases, additional security measures may be implemented, such as in Quetta, where the ICRC will for the time being operate with a reduced on-site staff.

In performing its often life-saving humanitarian work, the ICRC must always carefully balance the safety and security of its staff against the needs of victims. By adapting its security measures to the situation at hand, the ICRC is not only safeguarding its staff, but also the beneficiaries who approach it for assistance.
The ICRC sub-delegation in Quetta has been assisting victims of man-made and natural disasters in Baluchistan since re-opening in 2004.

In Balochistan, the ICRC orthopaedic and medical programs, and its work designed to restore family links will continue. In addition, the ICRC is currently developing a range of other assistance programs designed to benefit affected populations within the province. The ICRC will continue to work in close collaboration with the PRCS for delivery of some of these programs.

The ICRC acts independently, without taking sides, and offers assistance strictly on the basis of the needs of beneficiaries. It is committed to assisting those in need wherever they are. Its humanitarian activities are conducted transparently, according to national law, and strictly in accordance with the Fundamental Principles of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.

BRA/BRP disown threats to ICRC’; term it agencies’ conspiracy against Baloch movement

16.05.2010
The Baloch Hal NewsQUETTA: A Baloch separatist party, the Baloch Republican Party (BRP), and an underground group struggling from the Baloch mountains through violent means, the Baloch Republican Army (BRA) have outright rejected the allegations of International Committee of Red Cross officials about receiving threats from Baloch nationalists. In two separate statements issued to the local media, Sher Mohammad Bugti, a spokesman of Baloch Republican Party and Sarbaz Baloch, the spokesman of Baloch Republican Army (BRA) said no Baloch group was involved in issuing threats to the ICRC as it was viewed as an independent and neutral organization. The Baloch groups are not at war with ICRC but look for its interventions in the areas that were devastated during the military operation. Both the spokesmen held state intelligence agencies responsible for making a threatening phone call to ICRC office in Quetta in order to malign the Baloch nationalist movement.

“There is a conspiracy hatched by the state agencies and anti-Baloch forces to prevent all international relief organization to the war-stricken Baloch people of the province. The state agencies are creating trouble for the foreign organizations by using the name of the Baloch nationalist,” said the spokesmen.

BLUF asks ICRC and all UN agencies to leave Balochistan

The Baloch Hal News

QUETTA: While accepting responsibility for threatening the Quetta office of International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC), an underground Baloch organization, Baloch Liberation United Front (BLUF), has asked ICRC and all UN agencies to immediately shut down their activities and leave Balochistan, reported Online News Agency here on Saturday.

BLUF is the same organization that kidnapped the American head of the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR), John Solecki, last year and killed Balochistan Education Minister Shafiq Ahmed Khan.

This attitude will no longer be tolerated,” said the spokesman.

The BLUF representative, when asked about an earlier statement issued by Baloch Republican Army (BRA) and Baloch Republican Party (BRP) in which they disowned the threats and accused state intelligence agencies for doing so in order to defame the Baloch movement, said BRA was a respectable organization which BLUF admired for its commitment to the Baloch cause.

“We want BRA to confirm things before issuing statements. They should be patient and refrain from issuing policy statements hastily. ICRC has been threatened by BLUF and if it does not suspend its activities, we will take strict action against it,” he warned.

Balochistan chief minister Nawab Mohammad Aslam Raisani had held “foreign hand” responsible for the threats to international organizations working in Balochistan besides assuring complete security to all foreign organizations operating in Balochistan.

Raisani sees ‘foreign hand’ in threats to ICRC

The Baloch Hal News

QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Mohammad Aslam Raisani has said a “foreign hand” could be responsible for hurling threats to International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) and other NGOs in Balochistan. Government would provide complete security to all international NGOs operating in the province by considering it as its its responsibility.

This was stated by the chief minister while speaking with newsmen after the adjournment of the provincial assembly session here on Friday.

Asked by the reporters what response the government had to offer after the issuance of threats by unknown people to ICRC by unknown persons due to which it had suspended its activities for the time being and shut its office, Raisani said said that government would provide security to all international institutions and NGOs which were working in Quetta and Balochistan

“No one should be frightened,” he said, “ One cannot rule out the possibility of the involvement of foreign hands in hurling threats to ICRC and other international institutions and NGOs.”

He asked NGOs and international institutions to continue their work without fear. Security at their offices had been enhanced, he added.
