Dear Waja Zafar Baloch,

Whether someone else knows you know for a fact that our relatisonship dates decades back to the time when your grandfather and father were our family cook.

Please do not think I am trying to make any classist comment as my grandfathers were common day laborers when they first came to Karachi from Bahu Kalat in Iran and I have myself washed restrooms in gas stations and book shops here in the USA.

I am appaled to note that Rashid Baloch, my brother, friend and colleague in the American Friends of Balochistan and an official of the U.S. homeland security, repeatedly requested B.H.R.C. to come out with a statement of condemnation over the killings of Mohammed Husain and Dr. Lal Bakhsh, but you guys kept silent.

Mohammed Husain was a second cousin of Rashid Baloch killed by the militant Baloch Liberation Front.

We have also asked the vice president of the BHRC, Aziz Baloch, to state his position on the killing of Imtiaz Ahmed. What we have gathered is he supported the uncalled for and unjust killing by calling Imtiaz Baloch a government spy.

I hope you understand your failure to condemn the killing of unarmed civilians and the defense of the killing of a political activist by the vice president of the Baloch Human Rights Council of Canada falls under the category of providing material support to terrorism.

This will most likely impinge on the future well-being of all B.H.R.C. members and supporters.

I am already in contact with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police over the distrubing support to terrorism from Candian soil and would be obliged to report the B.H.R.C. of Canada as an organization that supports terrorism if you guys do not explain your position in a clear cut fashion.

Please make clear, these two points:

1- Were Imitaz Ahmed, Mohammed Husain and Dr. Lal Bakhsh government spies in your eyes?
2- Were the killings of Imtiaz Ahmed, Mohammed Husain and Dr. Lal Bakhsh justified?

I await your pompt response.

Sincerely,
Ahmar Khan

Dear Waja Jehanzeb Jamaldini:

As you might be knowing this by now, no amount of money is more important to us than sanctity of human lives.

I recall you asked the militants to explain the killing of Imtiaz Ahmed last year. His cousin Mohammed Ali Baloch says he was innocent.

However, Aziz Baloch in Vancouver, Canada, allegedly defends the killing as he believes Imtiaz Ahmed was in fact a spy.

I have a hard time believing any spy will ever find a place in the B.N.P.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police contacted me today and am considering lodging an official complaint as Aziz Baloch has not responded to my repeated requests for an explanation. Waja Jumma Khan had counseled me against taking such a step and I did not proceed further.

We shall repeat the exercise everywhere we find people showing support to killing of unarmed civilians and politicial activists — London, U.K.; Boros, Sweden; Oslo, Norway; anywhere!

We simply can not remain silent spectators where the gun would subdue political debate.

Sincerely,

Ahmar Mustikhan

Dear Ahmar,

Don’t waste your time on this Alcoholic drug user. His silence indicates that he is supporting the killing of a Baloch women and still he think he should shout for Baloch Human Rights without feeling any shame. Shame on him. He should resign from BHRC immediately. I don’t think he is a true Baloch. If he was one, then he would come out and said it loud and clear that he is against the Honor killing no matter what, regardless his relationship with the Killer.

Dear Zafar:

I begin in the name of Baloch sarmachars whose struggle for justice anf fairplay gives me the strength and courage to carry on my work, with the help and support of few honorable men.

I am aghast that you have not taken any stand on the killing of Shaher Bano Shahdady.

Not only that you maintained a criminal silence, you are party to a grand conspiracy that involves covering up the circumstances of forced marriage, spousal abuse and beating to death of Shaher Bano Shahdady.

In doing so you have completely lost the faith and trust of the Baloch Diaspora. If you can not provide leadership in critical moments you have no right to lead the Baloch Diaspora in Canada.

I urge you to step down from the post of B.H.R.C. president which has already become controversial because of your communist-style conspiracies.

We are determined to make a horrible example of all those who are directly or tacitly supporting Mullah Abdul Ghafoor and Mullah Abdul Malik Rustam.

The beatings and choking to death of Shaher Bano Shahdady is not anyone’s personal, domestic or family matter.

I am personally indebted to Imtiaz Baloch but this does not mean I will compromise on political principles just because the alleged killer was his distant relative by marriage.

In the interests of Baloch secular and progressive politics I urge you to step down immediately and allow either Nader Baloch or Mohammed Ali Baloch to take over as B.H.R.C. leadership or let Aziz Baloch to become the acting president of the B.H.R.C.

As I said earlier when it comes to principles even my dead father can walk out from his grave but will fail to make me change my stance.

Sardar Attaullah Mengal & his Fort

Fisrt, We don’t know who is this Archen Keeler. If he is real Baloch then he should show his real face. Hiding behind the screen with fake name is gibberish. Fist he should tell us who he is then we can think about his Arrangement. Untill then he can keep his Arrangment to himself.

2nd, with all due respect, Honorable Saradr Attaullah Mengal’s explosive statements and sudden out burst against Paki military and its ISI were expected and understandable as they refused to pay him Rs 120 millions compensation for selling his fort to FC, which he deserve (see below). I wish he had raised his voice long time ago, because the killing of Baloch sons is not new. It is going on for long time now and every day we see more bullet bodies being dumped all across Balochistan, but Sardar sahib has bee silence this all time. They say silence is betrayal.

A leader is supposed to lead his people in difficult time and be with them, but Sradar Attullah and Sardar Khair Bux Marri, both are enjoying luxury life in Karachi with their sons enjoying the safe heavens in Dubai and London, but the ordinary Baloch son’s are being picked up and killed by FC everyday. Why don’t they leave Karachi, Dubai and London and join their suffering brothers in Balochistan?? If they can’t go to the mountain to join Dr. Allah Nazar and other Baloch sarmachars, at least they should go and live among their own Baloch brethren to comfort them, help and unite them and lead them in these difficult times.

Respected Sardar Attaullah admits that military and its ISI are in charge and in control of everything in Pakistan and no one can challenge their powers but still he and his son Akhtar Mengal are gearing up to contest in the upcoming Paki elections, despite the fact that ISI and Paki military will bring those in the elections who will support the ISI agenda in Balochistan, like JUI, BNP(Awami) and NP. So what is the purpose of being a part of a rubber stamp assembly??

We hope our these respected Sardars, who have their one foot in the grave, will not disappoint Baloch Nation further and join the Sarmachaars to free Balochistan from the yokes of Pakistani slavery rather than be a part of this dying bankrupt failed state.

Respectfully,

A Patriotic Baloch

Waja Ameeri,
There are things that can be done only in secrecy, but in open political environment a common man, like me, would expect that Baloch are united for a single cause!
It’s to admit that Sardar Mengal never washed his pure Balochi hands in Pakistani filthy politics. that is the main reason why Waja Hafeez Hassanabadi in his comments, in a social media forum, said that Sardar Attaulla Mengal holds the key of Veto in Baloch Political society! It means the onus falls on Sardar Mengal to draw a way of unity for the nation!

Illegal occupation of fort: FC denying compensation to Mengal, SC told

Saturday, December 17, 2011

By Hasnaat Malik

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) was informed on Friday that Frontier Corps (FC) had not released Rs120 million to Baloch nationalist leader Sardar Attaullah Mengal as compensation regarding the illegal occupation of a historic fort on his ancestral land, despite the FC officials were repeatedly told about the court’s directions in this regard.

Balochistan Joint Secretary Najeebullah informed the two members bench of the apex court, headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, that the government had released Rs120 million compensation amount in August. He said this amount was transferred in an account and only FC Inspector General (IG) was authorised to issue that amount after completion of all legal requirements. He said FC officials had not transferred the amount so far even they were informed repeatedly.

The CJP said the chief secretary (CS) should have done this job instead of FC IG. He said if it were impossible then the government might submit the amount to SC registrar and he would disburse the compensation money to legal heirs.

Meanwhile, the Attorney General for Pakistan suggested that Sardar Mengal might be called in the court to deliver the compensation.

The court, while rejecting his plea, directed Balochistan CS to deliver the compensation to Mengal within two weeks and submit detailed report to SC registrar office and disposed off the matter. It is to be noted that the court on the last date of hearing had expressed its annoyance over FC for not paying compensation to Balochistan’s former chief minister Sardar Attaullah Mengal for illegal occupation of a historic fort on his ancestral land.

Mengal was imprisoned in 1974 and the army and FC had occupied a piece of land belong to him and they constructed their camp on it.

Mengals said to have sold Baloch fort in Wadh for Rs. 120m to Frontier Corps

IN PAKISTAN WE TRUST? The Mengal father and son have avoided answering the question over why they are dragging their feet from the struggle for independence in Balochistan. In stead, they have been targeting the freedom-l;oving forces.

They were once considered among the tigers of Balochistan but now the father and son duo are looked upon with grave suspicions.

Allegations have surfaced in the social media network Facebook that Sardar Ataullah Mengal had sold a key fort in his native Wadh area to the Frontier Corps while his son Sardar Akhtar Mengal was the chief minister of Balochistan from 1996-98.

According to highly placed sources, Sardar Atalluah Mengal requested the military authortiies that his name be mentioned just as "Ataullah" in the sale deed, without the prefix "Sardar" and the suffix "Mengal."

The deal was done for a sum of Rs. 120 million, or $2million in today’s rate, these statements in Facebook said.

The Pakistan Observer newspaper confirmed the agreement between Mengal and the Pakistani authorities in a report on Wednesday..

The new reports may spell the political demise of the Balochistan National Party, which claims that it is the largest Balochistan-based political party. The party has already been under fire of the Baloch freedom fighters who accuse it of trying to sail in two boats: keeping its door open to return to the Chief Minister’s House in Quetta, while shedding crocodiles tears over islamabad atrocities in Balochistan.

In stead of backing the Balochistan independence movement, Sardar Ataullah Mengal told Baloch students at the Balochistan University of Engineering and Technology in Khuzdar some time ago that they should accept Pakistani slavery as a lesser evil and sounded an alarm that U.S. domination of Balochistan would be disastrous.

Sardar Mengal likened Balochistan under Pakistan slavery as beatings on his bald head with a worn out slipper with very thin soles, and warned of the day "when there would be a 12-size (U.S. Marines) boot with nails underneath it."

Though the Pakistani authorities did jail the Mengal father and son from time to time, to appease the military establishment Sardar Akhtar Mengal was present at Chagai when Pakistan conducted its nuclear tests there on May 28, 1998.

The Mengals refuse to respond to questions over their political and personal conduct and in stead their supporters abuse those who raise these burning questions.

Recently Mengal supporters were involved in the burning of pro-independence Daily Tawar newspaper in Balochistan.

Baloch unity call made in London as Mengals sell fort in Wadh: report

Tue Jul 12, 2011 1:52 am

Baloch speakers in London Sunday highlighted the recent worsening human rights situation in Balochistan and urged the Baloch leadership for forging a broader Baloch unity in order to engage the enemy in a meaningful way.

Speakers who paid tribute to the fallen heroes of Balochistan included Jamshed Amiri, Mansoor Baloch, Waleed Garboni, Rahim Bandovi, Shahab Rockny, Ismail Amiri, Dr. Abdul Doshoki, and Mir Ghulam Hussain.

The meeting was held in London to mark the 40th day after the killing of Professor Saba Dashtiyari on Sunday at the University of London Union Building.

Organizers of the meeting included Baloch Human Rights Council (U.K.), Balochistan Liberation Organisation, Balochistan-e-Raji Zrombesh, Balochistan Peoples Party and Balochistan United Front Federal.

One minute silence was observed in respect to Professor Saba Dashtiyari and martyrs of Balochistan.

Speakers paid rich tribute to the sacrifices of the martyrs of Balochistan who had given their lives for a bright future for the Baloch and Balochistan.

They condemned Iranian and Pakistani atrocities against the Baloch and the crimes against humanity committed in Balochistan by both rogue fundamental religious states of Iran and Pakistan. The speakers condemned the kill and dump policy of the Pakistani armed forces and their proxy organizations of the Baloch political and social activists.

They condemned Pakistan for humilating dead bodies and dumping them on the road side or in open fields.

The speakers paid rich tribute to the services of Saba Dashtiyari for the Balochi language and literature and Baloch national cause. .

Akbar Barakzai, veteran Baloch activist and president of the B.H.R.C. chaired the meeting and recited his poem dedicated to Professor Dashtiyari in his closing speech. The proceedings were conducted by B.H.R.C.’s Vice President Hassan Hamdam.

Independent sources say the B.H.R.C. activities in London and Toronto are bankrolled by Gulf-based supporters of Sardar Akhtar Mengal, who like his father Sardar Ataullah Mengal, is a former chief minister of Balochistan. The father and son duo, who lead the Balochistan National Party, have come under criticism of the Baloch patriots fighting for independence for sellling a historic Baloch fort in their ancestral Wadh to the Pakistani security establishment for Rs. 120 million.

Sunday’s meeting was dedicated to Professor Saba Dashtiyari who was a fierce critic of the Mengals sellout to Pakistan. The Mengals did not issue any statement against the professor’s killing.

Critics say Mengals secret deals with army generals have emboldened them to kill Baloch patriots.

Imran Khan, ISI Man

  1. Imran Khan, cricketer turn politician, is a new political face, who is being prepared/promoted/projected and crowned by Paki military and its ISI to replace Asif Zardari. The other two ulternate faces in lines are Nawaz Sharif of PML(N) and Ex-military dictator Musharrf of PML(Q).
  2. Nawaz Sharif is not military’s faverite but Musharrf is—but Musharrf has a bad record among people and is also wanted for two high profile murders, Benazir Bhutto and Top Baloch leader Nawab Bugti. So military is looking into other ulternatives, a third person to repalce Zardari and Imran khan comes handy and fit perfectly in this game, and that is why ISI is promoting him and have sent him to DC to make sure he is Ok’d by the Washington. 🙂
  3. Before comming to DC ISI staged big crowed of gathering for him in Pakistan last month so he can give speeches to show that he is popular, but in Pakistan Rent-a-Crowd is not a problem as people are so poor, jobless and hungry, that they will spend/shout slogan for you the whole day in thousands just to get $1 or a meal.
  4. Aisf Ali Zardari is not a Paki Military favorite person. He was put in Jail and humiliated by military men during Musharraf era. When they killed his wife Benazir Bhutto, the people of Sindh province started shouting anti-Pakistan slogan and Pakistan was at the brink of collapse. Zardari was brought by US into power to save Pakistan from collapsing and he was temporarily accepted/swallowed as a bitter pill, by Paki military and ISI to let the situation cool down in Sindh at that time and to prevent the breakup of Pakistan.
  5. Paki military has been trying to remove Zardari and the memo gate scandal is one of such attempt to use as it as a pretext to charge him and Mr. Husasain Haqqani for treason and eliminate them for good in a military coup.
  6. The fear and threat was so high that it led to Zardari to leave to Dubai for safety for treatment excuses, where he is still staying. Things are still uncertain but there is lot pressure from Washington to Paki military to not adventure in toppling the civilian Government in Pakistan. We will see how this will go.
  7. ln Pakistan elections are manipulated and results are decided by Pakistan’s military Inc and its ISI, a state within the state. ISI spends million of Paki rupees to help its favorite party to win the election. In some places like in Balochistan, they actually fill the boxes with fake bogus votes to announce their agents wining.
  8. The political Parties that are associated and proxy of Pak military/ISI Inc. are PML(Q), MQM, and all Islamist Fundamentalist parties like Jamiat Islami (JI) wich is mostly active in Lahore (Punjab), Jamiat Ulma Islam (JUI) which popular among Pashtune Talibans and their supporters, and it runs thousands of ISI funded Madrases (Islamic religious schools to brainwash kids and prepare them as suicide bombers to Kill infidels (non-Muslims) is active in Pashtun areas including in some parts of Balochistan like, Pashin, Zhobe, Loarali and couple of other Pashtun districts adjacent to Afghanistan’s border.
  9. And then there are the student wings of all these pro-Paki military parties and the hundreds of terrorists militant proxies of ISI including Lasker taiba (LeT), Lasker Jangovie (LJ), Jamiat Dawad (JUD), Hizb-Tehrer  (HT) Tableegi Jamait (TJ) and many other….who are active to make sure ISI and Pak military is in full control of country’s resources.
  10. In Pakistan nothing will change and no any institution including judiciary will work freely unless Paki Jihadi military and its ISI are dismantled, who have a Pan-Islamic Jihadi agenda to re-establish the lost Islamic Caliphate (Muslim rule all over the world). 🙂

Shame to Aslam Bothani, Speaker, Balochistan

It is really a matter of shame & shock that Baloch elected, Mr. Aslam Bothani (Speaker Balochistan) used abusive remarks for Balochi language, yesterday, when Reporter of Vsh News was trying to ask some questions.  He simply replied
“Kia Balochi Balochi ki Rat laga rakki hai, Balochistan men rehna hai to Sindhi Bolna hai!”
It is not a matter of wonder that Mr. Bothani has Sindhi blood in his vein & he couldn’t stop himself… His remarks are clear indication that he is with Establishment. He is with those whose hands are stained with Baloch bloods.
Shame to you Mr. Bothani!
Those people, who elected him, must also be shameful.
Baloch brothers, living inside or abroad must raise this issue in each & every forum.
